the 727 was straps down and no knee wraps, last warm up. well really the 815 was the last warm up, jes in full gear. 859 went down and up no prob. 904 next week and we'll see where Im at i guess. thats the last heavy squat before the meet.

if i can squat 9+ at my first meet back after the 3 year lay off from full power i'd be very happy.

goggins, frank, chuck v, hoskinson, coan are all 40+. i dont think ed has hit a grand since his injury though and hes 41 now. Tillman, Karl did a 1003 at 41 YO as ell.

dont know if ill squat a grand or not but 900 in a meet would be sweet. if i dont hit a grand it wont be froma lack of effort. :D (effort = a loose screw or 2)

russ barlow has the national/world record for the 308 masters 2 squat at 915 now. he's got the nattional total at 2105. bruce has the world total record for my division @ 2149#, plus he pulled 859 =0l

hey pullin, do you like it the best wide grip? Or pinkies on rings? Once I started ur routine and stuck to wide grip i never seen my chest fill out better.

great workout by the way.
 
i prefer a wide grip but raw day is normally done w/narrow grip for added tri work.

So the grip just worked? Because you've been working on the grip or because you were able to setup more quickly? Or because you did it sumo?

I am assuming that shirt was jacked to hell if you were two inches with the 675. that is some damn nice benching.
