12/12/05 mon:
hook grip work static holds 10sec, 315# x 2, 405# x 2
grip work plate pinches 2 10lb plates 2 x 30sec.
cardio 30 minutes
weight 313#

dropped 5lbs since last friday, cut carbs back starting last saturday. ill try and stay at 313ish the rest of the week then slightly dehydrate thursday night, skip breakfast and weigh in friday morning. should be right at 308. pork back up and be 318 or so on meet day hopefully.

we have 6 or 7 wpo lifters competing at our meet in january, its gonna be raunchy. yall wanna see a good state meet cmon down.

looks like i wont have to dehydrate to make weight after all. cutting my carbs back from 400-500/d to 100/d has made a big difference in just a few days. thats 8lbs since friday.

dropped 10lbs since last friday. prolly put it back on after i weigjh in tomorrow and be fat and happy come meet time. its been tough going to the gym this week and not lifting. im ready to hit it saturday and see what happens.
 
12/17/05 sat:
meet day, weight 308.4# opened 850 squat. Bomb city. First one depth was fine but I shot forward and lost it, 2 & 3 called for depth. ill be living on the boxes for a while so I know where depth is. oh well we'll get um next time. after watchng the vids i can see where i wasnt sitting back enough on the first two attempts. the third one i sat back and it popped up easliy, i just cut it short.

back to the gym tomorrow for........you guessed it, squats. =0l
