glute ham raise 3 x 5reps
reverse hyper 360# + 2 light bands 2 x 10reps
seated cable rows 300# 2 x 8reps
wide grip face pulls 225# 2 x 10reps
30 minutes cardio.

note: used the jump stretch platform I built. Worked nice and only cost about 30 bucks to build.

69 a jump stretch platform is only for band attachments. you on the floor. 135 + the average bands dbld is close to 800 at lockout (just guessin by feel).

il get a pic up of it next tme we use it.

sumo stance for me is shins on the rings.

sldl sumo feels natutral to me. its just a partial pull kinda like a low rack pull. if you keep your head up and back arched its difficult to touch the weight to the floor anyway. im doing these for top end work more than anything.

ok so shins on the rings and hands in between your stance just like a regular sumo...and you keep your legs locked. lookin at the movement and stance at this point what makes it differnt than a rack pull? it seems as if the same muscles are being hit or is it the angle and rom that has changed here?

Im hella interested in the platform gimme the plans peanutbutter lol
the sled was a thing of beauty :)

its 2 pieces of 2' x 8' plywood srewed together to make it 1 1/4" thick. then i added another 2" x 6" block at the point where i screwed eye bolts in it. they are 52" apart. add a big clip at each eye bolt to attach bands too. we had some extra rubber matting at the gym so i glued it on for fotting. it prolly needs to be thicker but we put 50k pltes on each end so it dont bow up so bad. it worked well though. heres a little diagram opf a top view. the dots are the eys bolts. ill get a pic up next time we use it.
