pull-a-parts strong band x 20
dbl handed front raises average band x 10
lateral raises light band x 10
situps with lite bar in squat position 3 x 10reps
static holds dbl overhand 405# x 2
hook grip static holds 405# x 2, 495# x 1
15 minutes cardio (ran short on time)
 
1/5/06 thurs:
sumo deads, loose trainer + belt
singles 606#, 650#, added straps 688#, 716#, 738# (miss)
ghr 3 variations x 5reps
cybex back attack 305# 2 x 15reps
seated cable rows 300# 2 x 8reps
face pulls wide grip 225# 2 x 10reps
cardio 30 minutes

if i get down to 290 or so i'll do 275s. im not changing my eating but adding extra cardio and changing my supps up a bit. see what happens. i feel good at 310-315 so either way is fine.

396# + 165# chains x 3, 440# + chains x 1 (twaeaked left hammie)
narrow stance raw squats 315# 5 x 5reps
ad/abductors machines 230# 25ea.
seated calves 4plts 2 x 15reps
cardio 30 minutes

tweaked left hammie last thursday on ghr and got it again today on squats. so I just finished up with some light squats and dropped posterior core work for the day. hopefully itll be good by thursday for deads.

is narrow stance considered shoulder width?

30 minutes of walking on the treadmill. dats where the babes hang out. :D

narrow was about 6" apart for these. i just did these cause i couldnt squat like i wanted to but wanted to do something since i have missed 2 weeks in a row of squatting. narrow like this doesnt activate the hams as much.

o lemme tell you we got this one lil cutie who likes the stair stepper thingy but she likes to bend over and go really fast..i got behind her one day..it was nice but she smarteend up now and uses the one closest to the window so no one can go behind her..

I only offered to give her a deeper burn in the rear :)
