hammer strength high row 12 plates x 5
 
1/13/06 fri:
shirt work (form work) 496# 2 x 1reps, 540# 2 x 1reps, 540# dumped (spotters grabbed it)
seated ab machine 130# x 50
plate pinches 25# static holds x 3

my shirt is to tight. i gotta get it altered or sumpin. im having a hell of a time touching anything. 675 a few weeks ago was about 2" high. so today i went light and just tried to touch the above weights. i rolled up too far on the last one and dumped it, thankfully my spotters grabbed it before it squashed me.

ill send it back to Karin next week for alterations and if it hits good ill get a new one with the same measurements. this shirt is one of her originals and has been altered 4 or 5 times already.
