Nice job PB. I watched all the vids on teamsniffy. Those deadlifts with the bands look brutal. Did you guys build that platform or can you purchase it ready to go. Sux b/c I workout in a little mom and pop gym and I doubt they would allow anything like that. Anyway, the vids were very helpful, I understand the band work a lot more.

no where near that. i just eat, i dont count. :D

amazing what a little common sense can do.

avoiding injuries is a big factor to keep making gains. keeping the routine fresh and (once again) using some common sense goes a long way. im working my weak areas right now. imagine that, work your weak areas. =0l

how many guys you see in the gym that keep pounding their good lifts and neglect there weak ones?

I aggree about the common sense.
As you always say stronger=bigger never a truer statement.
And as for bulking....I pig out, then curb carbs and add cardio if needed for a cut.

I love my weny's triples hahaha.

Yeah i worked my weak areas, board presses, and they worked wonders thanks btw.

I know you dont count protein, but i highly doubt u eat like a girlscout...lol

you have a weird log. why do you bench more than you squat and pull (that is when you squat and pull)?

4/27/06 thurs:
seated cable rows narrow grip 300# 2 x 10reps
face pulls wide grip 240# x 10, 255# x 8
kettlebell work, cleans 2 x 5reps, snatches 2 x 5reps, 1 arm swings 2 x 5reps

fianlly got to train again. had to lay off lower body stuff cause of the inscission not fully healed up but did whjat i could. 8 days off. ugh!!!

first time working with kettlebells. i really liked it. looks like we'll be incorporating these for a while. good cardio condition and working lots of stabilizers. i wasnt able oto do much of the stretching the guys were doing with them but hopefully i'll be 100% again in a couple of weeks and can ad that in as well.
