kettlebell work 70# 1 arm swings 3 x 16reps, 1 arm snatch 1 x 16reps
 
Have you ever tried windmills with kettle bells? THe strongman guys around here do them.

Before you guys think it mean swinging them around and windmill is when you clean and press the ketttle bell and then leaving it ovber head reach down and touch the ground with your free hand.

we do some stretching with them.

45° hypers (#5 + #2) bands 2 x 15reps
calf machine 2 sets to failure
kettlebell work 70# 1 arm swings 3 x 16reps

i love that lol . it took some time getting used too but i really love them know , its like a shirted bench without haveing to use the shirt .

i just didnt like them. but i may try them again sometime.
