My tris\delts \chest felt something new today, no dips at my new gym so i did hammer strength iso wide chest for accessory work and damn my tris were fryed.

Don't injure yourself old man...take the time off and recoup. #'s are looking real strong.

for some reason i cant joint the teamsniffy sight...could you put a picture or a vid of you doin some lifts by any chance pb?

35# laying sciatic stretch 3 ea.
35# windmill 3 ea.
seated ab machine 70# x 100reps

took the night off from heavy benching. left pec and elbow need a break.

Nice work big guy. I would love to try those deads with bands.
 
straight weight, standing on blocks or using a snatch grip.

also box squats and pause squats work this area as well as paused leg press.
