we try th have them where one chain stays on the flooor.

sumo deads full gear,
606# x 1, 661# x 1, 716#(grip), 738#(grip)
ghr variations 2 x 10reps
drag sled 3plates 100yds forward, 100yds backward
kettlebell 70# 1 arm swings 2 x 16reps

well my deads where aweful tonight, oh well. anyway im just glad i had the priveledge to train, be at the gym and be around good folks.

everytime i suit up i have grip probs seems like. i pulled 585# + 165#chains raw with no grip issues last week. think ill swith back over to my dbl denim next equipped pull from the floor instead of the leviathon. see what happens. both the 700+ pulls flew up but i lost grip near lockout. =0l
 
Good stuff, seems the shoulders are holding up great for 5x10.

jes getting some blood in them. i was still sore from tuesdays benching so i coasted a bit.

angry these are clean and presses with a 70lb cannon ball with a handle on it. best way i know to describe it.

ad/abductors 230# 25ea.
cybex back attack 290# + #5 band dbld 2 x 15reps
kettlebell 1 arm swing 70# 2 x 8reps ea.
 
tues: 6/20/06
raw paused bench, 405# x 1 (tweaked left pec on rep 2)
hammer grip flat db bench, 120# x 8, 140# x 5
low pulley cable flies 60# 2 x 10reps

thought the pec was healed up. guess not. =0l
