ghr variations 4 sets to failure
kettlebell 70# 1 arm swings 2 x 8reps ea. arm
sled drag 145lbs of weight 100yds forward, 100yds backwards.

took the night off from pulling. my lower back has been tight for a few weeks so im giving it a break til next weeks deads.

ONe question....Saw your vid on sniffy .com with you doing band sldl with a wide stance.
I went a bit wider than shoulder width and did sldl's today, what is your take on those?

narrow stance squats, belt + wraps
505# + 165#chains 2 x 5reps
ad/abductor 230# x 30ea.
45 hyper (#5 + #4) bands 2 x 15reps
kettle bell 70# 1 arm swings 2 x 8reps ea.
kettle bell stretches, windmill and lying sciatic
 
nice work pullin as always. I am sure you were hungry as hell after that workout.

Narrow stance is very nice...I actually found the sweet spot right now while squatin its about shoulder width and doestnt bother the old hamstring.

im stinking it up in the gym lately. i'll keep plugging away though.
 
PB, on your sumo pull vid, how do you calculate the band's resistance? do you add that to your numbers? if so, how?? thanks

and still good numbers..something to envy about

the only way to truly calculate the bands resistance is to use a weighing scale. too many variables to figure. i dont worry too much about the weight moved as i know how much is on the bar and how many bands i use or which one. thats why i list my workout w/bands as 235# + green bands(#4 bands) dbld. we have a chart i got off the web but its not truly accurate cause the bands loose some strength over time and temp affects them as well. plus range of motion
