Impressive on the dips. Most guys your size can't do dips for shit. My only problem with dips is that most gyms dip racks are too wide.

the dip station we have tapers down at the end so its very narrow. i just do fit in it. i stayed straight up and down as well with the narrow grip to focus more on tris and keep the pec from being used too much. first time doing dips in a few years but i didnt want to do nothing so militaries and dips it was. :D
 
dips.... damn lol, you do more bodyweight reps than i do .. i know that would be a given .. but still, thats crazy !!

flat paused bench 365# x 3 (ouch)
flat db bench 150s x 2 (ouch)
rope push downs 3 x 12reps

well the pec is not cooperating. no more benching til it heals.
