attach a band to a solid mount about knee level. put one leg in the band so its is behind the knee. step away from the anchor so the band is tight. flex the knee forward then retract it. this hits the quads similar to a leg extension without the strain on the knee joint. ill see if i can find a pic later.

not sure whats going on. injured it last april and it just wont heal. so im taking a month off from chest work and hope it heels up. if a month dont work ill do 2 months.
 
best to take time off so, don't want to getting injured at your old age it'll take forever to heal, hahaha only messin
 
its not discolored so if its a tear its a small one. not sure what it is. i dont mind lifting thru pain but it has gotten to where it is failing when i lift.

thats it cept once i cleaned it i did all the reps from the shoulder. last friday i did clean and press for reps

and mark henry is a stud from way back, he still got records in PLing. old school usapl lifter.

pulled in a metal pro squatter tonight. it was a lot easier getting to the bar and gave decent support at the bottom. grip felt good tonight, pulled over/under
