1 arm db swings 100# 2 x 8reps ea. arm.

705 is a hell of a dl pb. good work.

bb static holds dbl overhand grip, 495# x 2, 515# x 1
seated lateral raise machine 205# 2 x 15reps
tri extensions 100# 3 x 25reps
 
the pull was very strong. just comparing: from the 705 you did on gym and the 705 you did on the meet was diff. could see you had a hard time wih the 705 on the meet. but otherwise, it's all good ^^
