what band # do you use for these?

and do you go as explosive as possible?

front raises (dbl handed) and the side raises were the #3 band. the pull a parts was the #5 band. tri extensions were the #3 but choked up considerably. fairly explosive with a short pause at lockout

strong hips are nice for squatting and pulling. :D

btw i bought the ghr thats in our gym and put it there. i pad 250 total for it. its paid for itself many times over.

ok back to weight training. going light for a while.

monday 8/01/06:
45 minutes cardio
narrow stance, bottomed out, raw pause squats 315# 2 x 10reps
#5 band reverse leg extensions 2 x 40reps ea. leg
ad/abductors 130# 2 x 30reps ea.
ghr variations 3 x 10reps
rotary calf machine 505# 2 x 20reps
 
tuesday 8/22/06
45 minutes cardio
flat bench 225 x 10, flat paused bench 315# 2 x 3reps
incline press machine 4plts 2 x 10reps
seated side lateral machine 110# 2 x 20reps
db incline flies 35# 2 x 10reps
band tri extensions 3 x 25reps

pec felt great after several weeks off from benching.
