no mets til next year so im gonna drop some more weight. 280 with clothes on yesterday after i trained. shooting for 260ish.

no. i already dropped 40lbs sine dec and i gained strength overall. in fact l hit prs on bench, deads and squats after dropping the weight.

Rumor has it around here that you used steroids once.

anyway guys anyone can drop weight and maintain or gain strength while doing it if you use some common sense. drugs or no drugs. ill admit its easier w/drugs but what isnt?

What is your protein intake like? To lose weight what did you do...cut out the cheesecake?

i dont count carbs, pro, fat, cals. i jes eat and try to keep it clean for the most part.

Nice, me too, I hate counting. Not to mention it's not always accurate, because when cooking nobody counts the butter and other little things.
 
just went in and helped out yesterday. loaded plates, spotted, handed off, that kinda stuff.

body weight was 276 at the gym clothed.

cardio 45 minutes
flat bench 315# 2 x 5reps
incline db flies 40# 2 x 10reps
flat db bench 100# 2 x 10reps
band side raises 2 x 10reps ea arm
band tri push downs 3 x 25reps

pec feels good. the incline flies hits the exact spot where the injury was so i am liking these to strengthen that area.
