reverse band leg extensions x 40reps ea. leg

tuesday 09/05/06
45 minutes cardio
flat bench, medium grip, 315# 2 x 7reps
incline flies, 40# 2 x 10reps
1 arm db shoulder press, 70# 2 x 8reps ea. arm
band tri extensions, 2 x 25reps
 
thursday 09/07/06
conv deads, raw/no belt, standing on 3 1/2" block, 496# 2 x 5reps
45° hypers (#5 + #3) bands 3 x 15reps
laying leg curls 150# 2 x 8reps
seated cable rows, narrow grip, 150# x 20r
 
works on bottom end power for deads...great stuff
I had trouble breaking the floor with my deads a while back and it def helped.

yup. pause squats w/a sumo stance work well too. i pull sumo but do the block pulls conv. its a good carry over.

block pulls are also a good back movement as its a longer range of motion.

even if you pull sumo, some conv stance training is beneficial.
