heres another great assistance movement for deads. best we can tell the #4 bands dbld are well over 500lbs additional tension at lockout.

pullinbig said:3 1/2 works well as you can still get your feet under the bar. if you get too big a box your feet wont slide in.
but you can vary heights if you like. its not a bnig deal. keep it simple and dont overthink this stuff.
