What is a GHR variation?

Trying a new workout for deads I wanted to run by you. It's a modified version of the german high volume workout. Basicly it goes 5sets of ten week one and then 5 sets of 9 etc all the way down to 5 sets of 2 and then says take 7-10 days off and pull at your meet.

I'm trying it now and although my numbers suck it seems to be working for me.

Same. They make me really nervous and paranoid.
Lipo 6 doesn't have that effect on me, but it's probably cuz I only take 1 pill a day

nice workout. n chat sesh too... whats the deal with the board work...and would people not competing benifit from it?

depending on the height of the board you can work weak spots in your bench. so yes thay are beneficial to anyone. you can do something similar in the power rack by setting the safety pins up at different heights.

narrow stance, bottomed out squats, 505# 2 x 5reps
band reverse leg extensions 2 x 40reps each leg
ad/abductors 205#25reps ea.
45° hypers w/(#5 + #2) bands 2 x 15reps
2 sets of calf stuff

bw = 278 today
