well we do want to know how the spot reduction of your problem sub q back fat and or belly fat is doing.i read you could do that spot reduction thing in a study somewhere.lol

flat db press w/green band, 100# 2 x 8reps
incline press machine, 4plts x 10reps, 5plts x 10reps
incline db flies 50# 2 x 10reps

adding volume and weight slowly to see how the pec is gonna hold up, so far so good.

great to hear your pec is healed. Injuries are part of the game like you have stated, and I seem to learn alot from them.
