training for a deadlift meet jan 27th, squats will be limited til after that. and the weights will be light for a while as i progres up each week til the meet. sldl on mondays and pulls off the floor on thursday.

bw = 270 last night in gym clothes.

For whatever reason, I seem to get stronger when dieting. :insane2: I am curious to see if it starts effecting your strength.

271?? Damn you only got 35lbs on me and yet you lift a hell of a lot more. That's it....I'm going to try going to one of those gym thingys.
