WHat is a reverse leg extenstion?
 
hook a band on something then hook the other end around the back of your knee. back away to increase tension. then bend a straighten your leg. nice burn for the quads.

oooh is that what reverse leg ext is?? now i wonder what that machine i'm doing at gym. it's a leg curl machine but in reverse...instead of curling the weight up, you're pushing the weight down. now i'm confused

How are you looking at 265 compared to 290? You obviously haven't lost much strength so you are probably considerably leaner?

yup, shead some bf. im stronger now than i was last year when i was 320.

i ate everything i could hold down. a typical night time snack was 1/2 gallon of milk w/4-6 pop tarts. i was trying to stay 300+ though.
