Looks interesting. What are bench set up pull-a-parts? WHat is the wheel of death?

set up for bench then do pull-a-parts with the bands as normal.

its alittle wheel you roll on to do abs with. has handles on it. every walmart in america sells them.

Those wheel setups are killer.

Still don't understand the pullaparts.
 
set up on the bench in your bench setup. no bar. now do pull-a-parts with bands as normal. youll be laying down not standing up.

dbl overhand on the deads for grip work. got 3 sets before i went over/under

looks like the grid stitch hits a tad harder. pretty close though.
