you like single leg squats (w/DB's barbell etc...) for ppl w/ weak adductors?
 
i prefer direct work for that. ad/abductor machine or band work. also sled pulling in an upright position works well. ultra wide sumo pulls/squats works too.

405# x 1, 495# x 1, 596# x 1, 686# x 1, 725# miss
45° hyper w/bands, 3 x 15reps
ghr variations, 3 sets
db shrugs/grip work, 150s 3 x 15reps

had a little pull off yesterday in the gym. i missed 725 and kyle pulled it. its safe to say he's back. looks like volume with moderate weight will help you pull big. thats his first heavy pull in 10 months and it was a 50# raw pr for him. the 686 was a 11# raw pr for me.

So the 5x405# for example was stuff that you planned. Have you still been going to failure each floor pull day or keeping a few in the tank and adding in more sets\reps?

Nice job. I pulled 475# 3x3 for racks last night-and am schdeduled in 2 weeks to pull 500# 3x3 for racks which would be a PR.

to be honest i have been focusing on my squat lately and havent really had a plan on deads. ill suit up my last 2 or 3 pulls before the meet and pull moderately heavy. save some for the meet.

wheel of death, ab work, 3 x 10reps
 
i stack two cardio decks up and elevate my knees above the wheel. i hold the wheel well out in front of me and stretch all the way out on each rep til my belly touches the floor the pull back. the wheel stays out on front of me, not under me.
