You are one strong mofo...do you plan your workouts in advance or go in to the gym and just go at it? How do you decide what you're gonna do??

the phenom hits harder for me. my kkdd fits tight, its almost new

the phenom stretches like the old school polys did. i like that. im not a low bar bencher so the phenom is better suited for me.

was a litte flat today. not a great bench session but got plenty of work in.

leg curls, 100# x 20reps

i do them on occasion\, light weight for high reps. obviously ghr or some of the other posterior movements are better but if you getting stronger on leg curls its gotta help your squat and dead somewhat.

Okay, as per receiving this information (no GHR at the Y), I did leg curls after squat/leg press/ab/adductors last night.

I could barely walk. A+ But maybe I should have saved them for deadlift day.
