leaning out again. bw monday was 275, down to 269 today. headed to 255 by 8/30/07. gonna train at 255 or so then dehdrate for the ipa nattys in nov. 242s here i come.

not really sure what the hell a zercher or manta ray squat is...but i'm sure they're tough.

what are you rest periods on heavy sets, and what are your rest periods on assistance and auxillary sets (and between sled pulls)?

zercher is bar in crook of elbows

manta ray is a plastic device that puts the bar in a high bar squat position, some ppl say its more comfortable.

havent tried the sledg-o-matic yet.

i guess its a russian twist. hook band on a low post then pull it over your shoulder while twisting.

we in the midst of puchasing some more strong man implements and setting them up. stones from 200-300. we have the framers walks and a log. also getting a smaller tire. we have a 1000lber but i think the one we are getting is about 600 or 700
 
i can't wait to see those vids.

i want to get a prowler sled, and a econo yoke*.

*I did some sled pulling while holding 135# on my back (squat position) I really liked it, but dismounting the weight sucks after a hard pull, thus the econo yoke.

plus i want to get some farmers walk handles.. the cheaper ones though.

I've got sandbags, sledgehammers, but my tire got stolen... no clue how. was just gone one day.
