well folks i have ventured to another dark side once again.

saturday 8/4/07 4pm
jujitsu/submission grappling.
2 hours.

my conditioning sucks for grappling, gonna have to get this up. i must say this is the most fun i have had training in a long time and i love heavy weight training. im a little beat up and sore but it feels nice. worked on a few basics, arm bar, triangle choke, take downs, sweeps, etc...., then we grappled for an hour off and on. i am lookng forward to next saturday already.

wow, incredible, really respect all you know about nutrition, training and all , but this is too much, powerlifting+ MMA is a great combination, knowing your deadlift and squat numbers i would love to see you slamming somebody , with all the core work you do you can probably slam bob sapp like it is royce gracie .
