just screwed up seting up on the 1st set the weight was not bad.out of gas on the last set.hopefully next squat day i can get the 335 for 5 and make a move in #'s.nice and low hit the pins and back up slight pause.

Because you don't do nearly enough sets or reps.

LAso you don't do enough sets of each excersize. Try to do a minimum of 3-4 sets for each excersize and 5-7 for deads. Back off aoon the amount of excersizes and addsets to the remaining ones. Trust me it will help you tremendously.
 
i only post worksets.2 worksets of 3-5 reps is more than enough for heavy deads!my bottom end and form sucks.i blew out 2 disks awhile ago and only been able to do em again for a little while.basicly i think it's form ....

made a good gain on the 335# crushed that set and moved up in #'s felt great.man how much going way deep changes it up is crazy!

nice work; good to hear the shoulder is on the mend. hopefully now you can hit it like you want to.

i was ate up after tonite!
 
well it's not bad right now.i'm taking some things to help.it comes and goes.if i get good and warm it is good or has been in the last few weeks.it gives me problems after i do chest like 24-48 hrs later and then gets better slowly.i'm gonna have a scope done in july.

left out the db's no spot.the weight is moving on the bench not really strength gains seeing as i don't think i can hit my alltime i rm but sioon.i'm gonna call it less shoulder pain gains!
