I am going to be pulling sumo after i squat for a few weeks. I just did a little back work, kind of a deload

GM's 335 2x5 realized they felt weird after my second set because i was wearing a pair of runnign shoes

i worked up to 550, did it twice neither touched, bot went up pretty good. Put my shirt on a little diffently today, gave me some more support. I have a while til July when i compete again, so i am not all that upset about still not being able to touch.

Raw 4 board 315x5, 405x5 called it quits delts and elbows feeling beat up.

I love deadlifting after i squat, it makes the week so much nicer, lol.

GM's 335x5, 5, 8 These are much easier when i don't squat first, lol. I probably could have done 12-15 on my last set once i got the groove back. Will go up next week.

I do my band pushdowns with a mini doubled over the top of the bar that goes along the pulley station, let go of it with my 100th rep, it flew up into a fan and flew across the gym hitting some old guy in the leg, he had no clue where it came from and it took me five minutes to find it, lol.

Thats it, last night was my friends Bachelor party and i missed yesterdays training. Just wanted to squat. I am tired, although i didn't drink much, being out till 2am is not the norm for me anymore and i can never sleep late to catch up.

Yeah, i think if my balance was not an issue i could have gotten 600 for a single. I didn't feel real steady as it was the first time with straight weight and no box in a long time. I am probably going to be going every other week with the aces', and every other week to a box with the pros. Than as comp gets closer the more gear will go on.
