Two handed swings on the outsido of my lets for 10 with two 16kg bells
then one arm snatches with the 16 kg bells for 10, one arm at a time
then one handed swings on the inside of my legs with a 50 lb bell, one arm at a time. I dd these three exercises for two rounds and almost threw up.

Than did bottom up presses with a 16kg bell for 3x5 with each arm.

No, have not tried them. Not sure if i could get to the box, lol. I willl try them in a few weeks, probably at II.

545x0 belt was not tightened as i have not touched anything yet, this touched but i think the shirt was sliding with me as i was taking it back.
545x1 belt tightened, got it about an inch from touching. Felt good. Was able to get some lockout at the top out of the shirt.

close grip bench 325x9 just missed the 10th about three inches from the top, i don't like grinding out high reps, so i just let the spotter take it.

Tried shrugs today but low back is still fried. I hold a much better arch benching now, i guess i am going to have to get used to it with the heavier weight.
 
My low back is just starting to feel better and i have been working days and nights the last two days. Wanted to just do a little work.

Gonna be experimenting with Sumo Deadlifts this saturday, i may be going to a one week sumo one week conventional approach and see how the sumo feels. At this point my low back is getting abused, hopefully this will help a bit.

455x1, 500x1, 550x1 easy, 600x0 this almost killed me, lol. Nose started bleeding and had a headache for 10 minutes. Guess i know what it feels like now.

4 baord 365x3, 405x3, 455x1 was shot by now.

Moved the box up an inch and a half. Put the belt on, same bands

305, 355, 380, 400, 420x1

First time sumo pulling since i first deadlifted and my back was too weak to pull conventional, same loose briefs with belt.

495x5 pretty easy. Only problem was not letting weight get in front of me on reps 4 adn 5.
