pretty funny i added the 6-brd in 2 weeks ago myself..never did them cause i thought it would be too short of a ROM given tht my arms are just average length..

i find lower brd somewhat harder or just as hard as full range just because of the pause..

interested in seeing what you pull :)

I have no stamina in my hips, and the last two inches getting to parallel are week. Other than that, fine, lol. all the suit work before my meet, and me dicking around these last few months didn't help. When i box squat in Mono, it feels exactly like my comp squats, so reasoning is leading me to beleive that i probably should be box squatting, lol. My groin was bothering me a little, i tried to do some pause squats but it hurt too bad.

you doing the bands raw???
dont get me wrong every so often my groove just seems to go out the window..but i really dont feel any difference doing only box squats and then hitting comp squats without the box

No, i am wearing my metals which provide absolutely no pop but they help the hips and groin i guess. I am going to have to get something to compete in. I was thinking about the metal pros two inches smaller and only breakign them out for meets.

Gonna be doing something similar to, dare i say it without Dave Tate belittling me, but Westside. Just on my lower days and to get more volume squatting.

Box squats with safety squat bar

255x5 These were all pretty easy, i was on a floor that seemed slick, foot slid, decided to shut it down since it was the first time i have tried this in months.

GMs, natural stance
135, 185, 225,275 x8 all easy good ham recruitment

Ab pulldowns 2x25

stopped their, my back and posterior are a little sore, didn't feel the need to kill myself today. Going to be adding in alot more lower work the next month and see how things go.

i was reading the monster forum and the rage on one thread was the finnish DL routine i looked it up-man i dont know how you could do anything else..at least rock's makes a lot more sense and you can fit it in as heavy assist or as its own day

I can do my deadlifting after DE squats, i did it up to 600.

i meant when u gonna test the pull to see how the SLDL program went?
i might put the dead suit on monday and fuck around with her..any suggestions??
