yeah just a little twing nothing at all to worry about.and yes the shoulder is real good right now.i might even put my clean out off further.

i'm stronger now than i have ever been!i'm making gains every day i'm in the gym.the explosion off the chest caused a little pinch in my shoulder but it was alright.

light night.first reppper i done for awhile surprised myself.shoulder is alright last paused work kinda put me in a bind but its feeling better.
