nice good work just couldnt get a 5th rep on either set but the second set felt better than the 1st and the 5th rep should be there next time.shoulder was better without doing the paused out stuff.

no pullin got a meet on the 3rd of june so no training till after.
 
i competed in the 100%raw currituck nc open on the 3rd of june.i took an uncontested 1st place in the 275# class at a bodyweight of 243.2#'s just missed the 242# class.i did make all new meet pr's.here are my lifts

took some days off after the meet crushed the 365 in the gym and couldn't get it at the meet go figure.big time pr on that 405# been chasing that for awhile.big old smile on my face!now time to get it in a meet!

yes i want to do the meet.i'm gonna pm ya with some ?'syeah i really likied going to the last meet out there and want to get in some of that good action.it was really cool i loved the atmosphere.i agree that the apf is where it's at!oh yeah another pr on my squats.

bad bench night.i guess i'm due aint had a bad night in awhile.
 
it's on and off right now.somedays it's cool and others it takes forever to get it to stop hurting.seeing as the doc said along time ago it aint gonna get much worse i'm just gonna keep at it.hopefully it wont put me down like before.if that or when that happens i'm gonna go ahead and cut,or just maybe in august after pullinbig's boys push/pull meet.
 
alright boys.i been out of work since last tuesday and that was also the last day i trained.i hurt my shoulder pretty good that workout.i have a incomplete linear fracture of the clavicle.it aint shit to it now so i be back in the gym next week.gonna take he rst of this week and then train the next 3 weeks and try and be ready for my comp in clayton.i aint got a computer at home so i have to use my work com so things gonna stay hit and miss with my vaction weks starting on friday.my last 2 workout were squats and bench.squats were a high repper then add/abb machines and stiff legs that was last monday.my bench night went light db's hammer grip then heavy lockouts and that was my mistake i guess,i had 495 on the bar and felt a pop went to the er and found out the break.like i said it dont hurt now so we'll see.
