i think now i finally got my computer back up.crossing my fingers.i aint gonna train chest for awhile.hurting me.i havent made a # gain on my others but the reps are getting better.still making some good gains.

yup and i'm gonna be on a 5 week hiatus from work.damn republicans gonna put the working man out of work indefinately.anyway i would like to make it out i got a buddy who is about 45 mins from ya i can crash with.i hope.i would like to stay for a week get as much in as possible.
