i envy people who can sled whenever they want too. we had a bad place over here and it's kinda almost impossible to sled...annoying really.
 
alright folks i'm back.will be posting my training days again.i'm coming off of a long hiatus.the first time in 3 years i have just gotten out of the gym totaly for awhile i hope it helped the body heal up some. be back on it tommarow.
